Calling the office or emailing outside of CondoPapers may result in delays. IMPORTANT: When ordering estoppels please be aware that files will not be post dated without an undertaking. If you require a document specifically dated, and are unwilling to provide an undertaking, please indicate as such and we will delay the release of your order. Any payments of arrears should always be made out to the relevant corporation not to the management company. Please contact us within one week to advise your intent to pay any arrears owing and we will have your estoppel reissued with a zero balance. Orders placed near month end will indicate a fee start date for the purchaser of the month following the upcoming month ie an order fulfilled January 29 will have a purchaser fee start date of March 1 as February fees will already have been sent to the bank. Estoppels are contingent upon the clearance of payments, including but not limited to cheques and electronic transfers. Should any payment fail or incur additional charges, these will be added to the condo account. The owner, as defined at the time the certificate's issuance, will be held liable for such amounts. In compliance with CPR s62.4, any pending chargebacks or contractor fees, whether for services or materials, not yet applied are considered 'in personam'--binding to the owner rather than the unit itself.
