If you require an estoppel to be dated for closing, note it in the supplied details under the 'Additional Non-Binding Preparation Requests' section of your order so we can delay issuance. Failure to comply will result in files being issued per the order selection and you will need to repurchase. Estoppels will not be post dated without an undertaking under any circumstances. If you receive an estoppel with an outstanding balance, a new file will be reissued if an undertaking is provided within one week. Payments of arrears should always be made out to the relevant corporation not to the management company. Rush charges for already posted, non prepared files are as follows: Immediate: Additional $20.00 per document Three Days: Additional $10.00 per document Should files be missing from the website, issuance may still take up to ten days.
